Job Summary
Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone can develop leadership skills. Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting car wash options, selling membership plans and wash packages. Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintain a clean, organized facility. Learn and execute opening/closing procedures, perform wash quality checks, troubleshoot basic equipment, and notify management of deposits or cash deliveries. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, with a schedule that includes early evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
