Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by educating customers on car wash options, selling memberships and wash packages to meet needs. Lead by example in a team-oriented environment while guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Perform wash quality checks, basic equipment troubleshooting, open/close procedures, and notify management of deposits. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, including evenings and weekends, and contribute to a positive guest experience while supporting team success.
Required Qualifications
