Job Summary
Car Wash Attendant at WhiteWater Express responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating customers on best car wash options, selling membership plans and wash packages, guiding vehicles through the wash tunnel, maintaining cleanliness, learning all aspects of the car wash operation, and following standard procedures. Responsibilities include leading by example to foster a team-oriented environment, maintaining a hospitable and growth-oriented workplace, performing wash quality checks, basic equipment troubleshooting, learning opening/closing procedures, and notifying management of deposits/cash deliveries. Requires ability to work outdoors in varying weather, be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
