Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, assist with service questions, and deliver high-quality results for each vehicle while maintaining lot, lobby, and restroom cleanliness. Execute duties as a lot attendant, loader, or passenger side attendant by assisting with vehicle loading and prepping, keeping the self-service vacuum area stocked and ready. Promote membership programs and services as a sales specialist, ensuring all work aligns with company training, safety standards, and brand expectations. Rotate between roles throughout the shift based on business needs and perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
