Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations to drive Unlimited Wash Membership growth and site performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by operating car wash equipment and completing scheduled cleaning tasks for tunnels, vacuum areas, and walkways. Step in to lead the site during the Manager's absence, identifying issues quickly and taking corrective action. Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and internal audits. Work varied hours in all weather conditions, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
