Job Summary
Lead, coach, and motivate team members while delivering a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience. Train staff on product knowledge, service, safety, and sales expectations, including driving Unlimited Wash Membership Sales. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site by operating car wash equipment and performing scheduled cleaning tasks. Step in to lead the site in the Manager's absence, identifying issues quickly and taking action. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Work varied hours/days as business dictates in an outdoor environment with exposure to water and cleaning products.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations
- Team player
- Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Operate car wash equipment as needed
- Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits
