Job Summary
Run daily operations and deliver fast, friendly service by working alongside the team to maintain site standards and assist the Car Wash Manager in leading the location. Lead by example to ensure vehicles are properly prepped, manage traffic flow during busy times, and handle customer questions while resolving issues professionally. Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team accountability, properly handle cash including daily reconciliation, and manage inventory to report equipment needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site, taking the lead when the Car Wash Manager is not onsite. This role requires availability for opening and closing shifts, primarily weekends, and the ability to lift up to fifty pounds in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined, or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including primarily opening shifts on weekends
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and work in various weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
