Car Sales Representative

Job Summary
Sell new and used vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in person and virtually; follow DARCARS sales procedures, describe vehicle operations/features, conduct test drives, quote prices, coordinate with the finance team, complete paperwork, arrange delivery and registration, and address customer concerns. Maintain solid product knowledge, develop and maintain a follow-up system, participate in brand and dealership training, and utilize online digital retailing tools and video capabilities to assist customers in the car-buying process. Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager to achieve sales objectives, while developing personal income goals with the General Manager and complying with dealership policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable safe driving record
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform normal job functions
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish a plus)
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
