Job Summary
Conduct new and used vehicle sales by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and describing vehicle features via in-person or virtual interactions. Perform test drives following established procedures, suggest optional equipment and warranties, compute sales prices, and arrange financing with the finance team. Complete all necessary paperwork, coordinate delivery and registration, and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Maintain solid knowledge of brands, products, and pricing while developing a prospect follow-up system and meeting personal income goals set with the General Manager. Participate in required training and utilize online digital retailing tools.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- The ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to be a team player
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, evenings and weekends
- A valid driver's license and acceptable safe driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Being at least eighteen years of age
- The ability to pass pre-employment screen (background)
