Job Summary
Car Sales Representative responsible for selling new and used vehicles, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales objectives. Communicates with customers in person and virtually, collaborates with Sales Consultants/Managers, Finance Managers, and the General Manager, and works in a non-supervisory, commission-based role. Duties include greeting customers, detailing vehicle features to match needs, following test drive procedures, quoting prices, coordinating financing with the finance team, handling paperwork, arranging delivery/registration, maintaining product knowledge, demonstrating vehicles, and contributing to personal income goals with brand/DARCARS training and digital retailing tools. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background checks, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends; multilingual ability (Spanish/Chinese) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable safe driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Ability to use video tools (e.g., Facetime) to assist customers
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform normal job functions
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
