Job Summary
Sales Representative/Consultant to guide customers through the full purchase experience, focusing on education, relationship building, and delivering a premium buying process. Responsibilities include greeting customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchase, presenting features and options, conducting test drives and product demonstrations, assisting with pricing, deal structure, and purchase documentation, following up with prospects to maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborating with management and finance for deal completion. Compensation is an hourly + commission structure. Location: Boise, ID. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-centric, consultative approach; interest in automotive, off-road, or utility vehicles is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
