Job Summary
Generate 10 warm prospects for every prospective sale, including Show UPs, Test Drives, and Credit Applications, while maintaining a minimum sales volume of 3 units. Manage internet sales through Autodeal, Zigwheels, and other digital platforms to execute "New Normal" sales strategies. Earn a basic salary alongside commission, volume incentives, and seasonal bonuses, with an Internet Marketing Allowance to support current pandemic-era sales efforts. After reaching 36 units in 12 months, you qualify for an HMO on the second year. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or Communications, fluency in English and Filipino, and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- experience in doing outbound telemarketing
- Fluent in English and Filipino
