Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing, while adhering to standardized detailing methods to meet quality and time targets. Inspect vehicles for defects, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and operate detailing equipment safely to ensure all tasks complete before production milestones. Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals while keeping work areas organized and hazard-free. Work 20 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 6 PM in Clutch's reconditioning facility, ensuring vehicles meet high presentation standards before delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM - 6 PM
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of a G2 Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
- Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
- Must demonstrate effective communication
- Ability to resolve issues
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adaptability in a reconditioning facility
- Physical and mental skill/effort required for detailing work
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing or production experience
- Familiarity with facility equipment and inventory processes
