Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing, while following standardized detailing methods to meet quality and time targets. Inspect vehicles for defects, operate detailing equipment safely, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Ensure all tasks are completed before vehicles proceed to the next production milestone or customer delivery, while keeping work areas clean and organized. Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to support daily workflow goals. Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of a G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario)
- Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
- Must demonstrate effective communication
- Ability to resolve issues
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adaptability in a reconditioning facility
- Physical and mental skill/effort required for detailing work
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing or production experience
- Familiarity with facility equipment and inventory processes
