Job Summary
As a Car Detailer at Clutch in Mississauga, you will perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing to meet quality and production targets. You will follow standardized detailing methods, inspect vehicles for cleanliness and defects, maintain cleaning supplies, operate detailing equipment safely, and collaborate with production and QA teams to support daily workflow. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong customer-service and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a 40-hour workweek (overtime as needed). Previous automotive detailing or production experience is a plus. Compensation is $20.00 per hour plus comprehensive benefits; permanent full-time position based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)
- Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
- Strong computer skills and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with high attention to quality and consistency
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and standing
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
