Job Summary
Entry-level Lot Attendant at Carvana responsible for inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns; washing and vacuuming inventory; performing multi-point inspections (fuel level, safety features, drivability, and disclosures); and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and vendors while supporting timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Role requires regular attendance, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, outdoor work in various conditions, and adherence to safety protocols. Competitive starting pay at $17/hr with staged increases to $18/hr over time under the Careers Not Jobs program; full-time schedule includes 11 AM–7 PM, Monday–Sunday. Location: Tolleson, AZ, United States.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record for past 3 years
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
