Job Summary
Entry-level Lot Attendant at Carvana (part-time) responsible for maintaining vehicle appearance and cleanliness at Market Hubs, inspecting vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, washing/vacuuming inventory, performing multi-point inspections including fuel level and safety features, and communicating with coworkers and management to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Roles include adherence to attendance, safety, and company disclosures, with opportunities for earnings growth through a performance-based program and potential wage progression in the first six months.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights
- Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
- Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance
- Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- PTO and paid holidays + your birthday is a holiday
- Starting Pay: $19.50/hr
- Pay Range: $19.50-$20.00 hourly
- At 3 Months: $19.75/hr
- At 6 Months: $20.00/hr
