Job Summary
Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store, then deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fans in a timely and safe fashion. Use the delivery app to provide accurate status updates while navigating efficiently with GPS and following safe driving practices. Provide quality customer service through positive interactions with guests in-person or by phone. Welcome bakery guests, assist with preparing and packaging orders, help bake and package treats, operate the register, and keep the bakery clean, organized, and food-safe. Work closely with the team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately during peak evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements
- Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements
- Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications
- Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
