Job Summary

Develop and maintain Car Dealer channel customers to achieve the volume and financial targets. Drive account management, strategy development, and project management to meet short- and long-term targets in China. Collaborate with local sales teams and internal customers to create value for Car Dealer customers through service module innovation and quality improvement. Responsibilities include achieving FC and budget-based sales targets, responding to market competition, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time receivables and compliant processes, completing internal procurement and financial workflows, monitoring supplier service levels, and delivering ad-hoc tasks. Strategy responsibilities cover market reporting, SOM and five-year sales planning, resource and organizational development, product roadmaps, service concepts, channel strategy, and tender processes. Technical duties involve defining customer needs, coordinating with functional teams (MDM, etc.) to provide solutions, improving processes to meet product requirements, ensuring service quality and cost targets, and guiding customers’ sales/technicians. Project management duties include OES project execution, monitoring, efficiency, and reporting. FC & Reporting duties encompass monthly and milestone reporting with comprehensive dashboards (customer map, segmentation, buy-in/sell-out, development curves, product mix, promotions, KPI reviews) and adherence to company reporting standards. Business Development focuses on acquiring new Car Dealer customers and strategic groups, understanding target customer profiles (e.g., Japanese vehicle brands), and leveraging differentiated approaches to win tenders. Education/experience notes highlight a college degree (or equivalent), technical/engineering background preferred, English proficiency, and 5 years of relevant experience in OES/OEM sales or auto industry, plus project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent preferably technical or Engineering background
  • Good in English and communication
  • Experience in technical function is a plus
  • 5 years working experience on OES or OEM sales is a plus, within Auto industry is a plus
  • Project management experience in dynamic environments
  • Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers
  • Team leadership experience is a plus
  • Multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
