Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of vehicle interiors and exteriors per client standard operating procedures while inspecting tires, fluids, and safety systems to report damage or service issues. Manage staffing levels, coordinate with QTA and off-site teams for ABG vehicle demands, and provide training and accountability to team members. Ensure quality control hang tags are signed off, maintain clean work areas, and escalate equipment or supply concerns to the VSA Lead. This role requires a valid driver's license, supervisory experience, and the ability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions. A sign-on bonus of $250 is offered after four full pay periods for eligible Republic Parking employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Excel
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Team Leader skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be energetic and able to walk at a fast-paced and stand for 8 hours a day
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Non-slip-resistant shoes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience driving a manual transmission is a plus
