Job Summary
Transporting and delivering vehicles across SIXT VIC network using 5–7 car transport trailers and heavy vehicles. Responsibilities include loading/unloading and securing vehicles, performing vehicle condition checks and paperwork, keeping trucks clean and brand-ready, and adapting to changing schedules during peak volumes. Requires independent work with the ops team, safety-focused driving, and delivering vehicles damage-free. Peak-season shifts typically 6:00am–7:00am starts, 8–10 hour shifts, weekdays with some weekends/public holidays. Benefits include paid induction and training, and rental discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence + HC Licence
- 2+ years’ experience driving a similar heavy vehicle / trailer setup
- Excellent driving record (VicRoads history report required)
- Current Commercial Driver Medical
- Physically fit for securing vehicles and handling ramps
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne roads
- Great communication skills and a team mindset
