Job Summary
Automotive Repair Manager leading a state-of-the-art Car Care shop for AAA Club Alliance. Responsible for overseeing facility operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and customer service excellence; recruiting and developing associates; reviewing repairs with customers; building external business relationships to drive sales growth; ensuring Health & Safety compliance; preparing performance and financial reports; and fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and quality. Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with automotive expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive software. Full-time role based in Fredericksburg, VA with remote-work options within the organization's footprint, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- 6+ years automotive industry experience
- 3+ years in a management role
- ASE Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history (5+ years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Authorized to work in the USA
