Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of Medicaid procurements by coordinating with Growth teams, leadership, and SMEs to drive strategy, innovate product offerings, and secure market entry requirements. Lead high-visibility project management for RFP responses, including competitive analysis, debriefing assessments, and developing compliant written and oral proposals. Develop and maintain capture schedules, define resources, and facilitate cross-functional communication while ensuring milestones are met at every stage. Continuously improve project management best practices, manage vendor coordination, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of capture and/or proposal management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong knowledge of capture and proposal management
- PMP certification or project management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Medicaid managed care
- PMP certification or project management experience preferred
