Job Summary
Develop capture artifacts including plans, call plans, competitor analysis, and preliminary win strategies. Support customer engagement efforts by shaping outreach, gathering insights, and participating in meetings alongside account leadership. Develop win themes, discriminators, and teaming strategies while partnering with solution architects to translate customer needs into viable approaches. Coordinate gate reviews, status briefings, and action tracking throughout the capture lifecycle, ensuring alignment with win strategy. Facilitate the transition to proposal and assist in identifying teammates and subcontractors. Contribute to continuous improvement of capture processes and tools. Requires 5+ years in defense capture management, DoD acquisition experience, and a Secret clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development within the defense or security domains
- Experience with DoD acquisition processes, customer missions, and the federal procurement environment, including FAR and DFARS
- Experience in supporting or contributing to proposals or capture efforts
- Experience with preparing capture materials or customer engagement documents
- Ability to analyze customer data, competitor information, and market trends
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits and thrive in a fast paced and high-stakes environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required
