Job Summary
Maintain regular cadence of capture meetings to track progress and alignment through RFP release. Shape customer perception via strategic messaging and early solutioning while conducting deep-dive research into agencies, trends, and competitors. Develop competitive win strategies including discriminator development and refine preliminary technical and staffing solutions. Own pre-RFP readiness by driving compliance matrix development, draft outline creation, and proposal resourcing planning. Support partner alignment and collaborative artifact development from Teaming Agreement through RFP. Lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines to drive disciplined capture efforts for high-value federal opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in federal capture management
- Experience with proposals exceeding $250M in total contract value
- Demonstrated success supporting full-lifecycle pursuits
- Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle
- Knowledge of government contracting best practices
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience leading teams under tight deadlines
