Job Summary
Capture Manager to drive federal pursuits across government contract vehicles. Manages opportunities through the acquisition lifecycle, executes capture plans aligned with win strategy, and collaborates with growth, solution, pricing, and proposal teams to develop compliant, compelling responses. Duties include opportunity research and analysis, competitor assessments, coordinating internal gate reviews, ensuring capture artifacts are complete, shaping teaming strategies and subcontractor engagement, assisting with pricing inputs and value propositions, maintaining disciplined documentation in the Mind Computing CRM, and managing the opportunity pipeline. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of full-cycle capture experience; experience with VA/HHS/CMS/NIH/FDA/CDC preferred; familiarity with federal health IT domains; strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills; proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and MS Office. This is a Remote Opportunity with a strong preference for the Washington DC metro area; candidates must reside within the continental US. Note: Selected candidates will undergo fingerprinting and a background check as part of the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 4-5 years of direct, hands-on full cycle capture management or federal capture support experience
- Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies preferred
- Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions
- Experience participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes
- Familiarity with federal health IT domains such as application modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, or interoperability
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office tools
- Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed
