Job Summary
Capture Manager role in Arlington, VA leading defense-focused capture and proposal efforts. Build relationships with military program managers and stakeholders, lead cross-functional proposal development including teaming analysis and pricing strategies, monitor industry trends and customer requirements to shape capture strategies, collaborate on long-term strategic BD plans, and deliver briefings on opportunities. Requires 5+ years in defense capture management, a technical bachelor’s degree (master’s a plus), US citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret clearance, travel up to 40%, and willingness to engage in relocation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years’ Capture Management experience in the Defense industry
- Technical Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-year College or University (Master’s a plus)
- Must be US Citizen and eligible to obtain US DoD Secret Clearance (active clearance a plus)
- Duties/Responsibilities: Build and nurture trusted relationships with military program managers, technical stakeholders, and defense industry partners to shape solution requirements
- Lead cross-functional proposal development, including teaming analysis and pricing strategies
- Exposure to Shipley methodology a plus
- Must be willing to travel to prospective client locations, trade shows, conferences and industry events as required (up to 40%)
