Job Summary
Capture Manager role focused on driving the capture of DoD/Intelligence Community business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Requires advanced technical expertise, independent work, and mentoring of teams. Responsibilities include leading complex capture efforts across all phases (strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, competitive analyses), developing cyber solutions for the DoW/IC, maintaining client/partner relationships, and briefing executive stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience as a Capture Manager, including leading and managing complex capture efforts within the DoW or Intelligence Community
- Experience developing cyber solutions for the DoW and Intelligence Community in the cyber operational domain
- Experience executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
- Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
- Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW, with a variety of acquisition sizes
- Experience leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
- Clearance: TS/SCI
