Job Summary
Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal development for Federal Remediation opportunities within the Environment Business Line. Lead resource identification, capture planning, and win strategies for significant contract and task order projects associated with CERCLA, RCRA, MMRP, and PFAS programs for the Army, Navy, Air Force, EPA, and DOE. Manage the transition from opportunity through proposal to award, ensuring proper prioritization, funding, and team structure while driving proposal themes, messaging, and price-to-win analyses. Establish go/no-go gates, coordinate subcontracting arrangements, and maintain accurate CRM data to meet annual sales targets. Serve as customer advocate, support legal and contract reviews, and lead lessons learned processes.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 2 years of leadership experience
- US citizenship
- residing inside mainland USA territory
- willingness to relocate back to within US mainland
