Job Summary
Capture Director leading and winning opportunities in the IC/USCC space. Responsible for guiding pre-proposal shaping, orchestrating capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities, developing solution concepts and win strategies, coordinating with customers and partners, and ensuring effective pricing strategies and bid management. Leads capture teams, drives value propositions and win themes, collaborates with operations and engineering, and coordinates with cost-estimating and proposal-management functions to pursue opportunities up to $2B. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and documented success in pursuing large technology-based Federal contracts; current TS/SCI with Polygraph; US citizenship; Bachelor’s degree; hybrid in-office presence in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Engineering; technical discipline preferred)
- 5+ years of proven capture and win experience in the IC/USCC market
- 5+ years of relevant business development, capture, proposal, and/or government sales/marketing experience in the IC market
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of professionals
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and knowledge of price-to-win analysis
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- US Citizenship Required
- Ability to lead and manage multiple capture efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with black hats, proposal reviews (color team), and compliant bid processes
