Job Summary
Capture Director with primary responsibility for leading and winning IC/USCC opportunities. Lead pre-proposal shaping, orchestrate capture during proposal phases, and drive win probability for contracts up to $2B in the IC/USCC markets. Role includes developing solution concepts, CONOPS, value propositions, and pricing strategies; coordinating with customers, partners, and internal teams; managing multiple capture efforts; and ensuring compliance with Federal procurement codes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in capture/business development with a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph; hybrid role based in Annapolis Junction, MD with in-office expectations. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to lead color-team reviews and cost-collect/proposal activities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering; technical discipline preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant business development, capture, proposal, and/or government sales/marketing experience in the IC market
- Current, active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing team
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and knowledge of acquisition policies and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation, and organizational skills

- 5+ years of proven experience capturing and winning new business ($200M+ opportunities)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
