Job Summary
Captain role focuses on coordinating service for group events and banquet functions, communicating service needs to chefs and stewards, preparing and presenting checks, ensuring banquet rooms and dining areas are ready, presenting proper centerpieces, inspecting table care and presentation of china/glass/silver, communicating dietary and special requirements to the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding safety, security, and company policies. Requires ability to move objects up to 25 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and collaborate with team to meet quality expectations. Preferred: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years related experience, 1+ year supervisory experience; no license/certification required.

- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience
