Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Captain to provide exceptional dining experiences by anticipating guests' needs, inspecting dining room standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under high standards of professionalism. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety, greeting members, and assisting with seating. Must possess at least 2 years of experience in fine dining service and be knowledgeable about POS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage service captain experience
- Must have excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of POS system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
