Job Summary
Captain - Dockyard responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences with timely, courteous, and professional service. Ensure smooth operation of the assigned work section and uphold hotel standards; maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service; gather guest feedback for continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requires at least 3 years of relevant hotel or F&B service experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and fluency in English and Chinese. This permanent role offers structured learning and development within a luxury hotel group in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
