Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Captain at MFG to uphold high standards of cuisine and service. Key responsibilities include anticipating guests' needs, inspecting dining areas for maintenance and cleanliness, greeting members, checking table satisfaction, and maintaining knowledge of menu and service standards. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in fine dining service, strong knowledge of dining procedures, a positive attitude, and proficiency in POS systems. Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage service captain experience
- Excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of POS system
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
