Job Summary
Conduct term yacht charter operations in the Caribbean for Paradise Yacht Management, managing a crewed vessel from October through August. Serve as Captain or Chef/Mate, ensuring guest safety, delivering family-style dining experiences, and handling administrative record-keeping and social media duties. Maintain STCW certifications and adhere to company core values of honor, integrity, and knowledge. Work a full-time contract of 10 months with two months off, living aboard the yacht to enjoy local island exploration and significant cost savings on food and utilities. Required Qualifications
- Able to work 10 Months (Oct 15th. - August 15th is the season) in St. Thomas, USVI & the BVI
- Active USCG 50T/100T w/ sailing endorsement or RYA License w/commercial endorsement
- STCW Certifications

Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with the "Term Yacht Charter Industry"
- Yachting, cruising and/or sailing experience (for Chef)
- Service / hospitality experience
- Mate duties assisting in anchoring docking and other related yacht experience (for Chef)
- Administrative record keeping and social media experience
