Job Summary
The Customer and Product Training (CAPT) Program is a nine-month salaried curriculum designed for recent college graduates to receive training in sales, product knowledge, and application relating to Dodge® mechanical power transmission products. CAPT Trainees will gain product expertise, selling skills, and experience in organizational leadership by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include supporting sales strategies, mastering product knowledge, conducting field rides with experienced sales personnel, and developing relationships within the Dodge organization. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to re-locate to Greenville, SC for the duration of the 9-month training program
- Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Business with a Sales emphasis.
