Oversee shipyard operations, including receiving construction plans and supervising launch, testing, and delivery processes. Coordinate internal and external teams to resolve exceptions regarding timelines, documentation, materials, and infrastructure while managing machinery and consumables. Monitor monthly progress against external contractors, handle design changes and variants, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations. Interface with purchasing and warehouse for material arrivals, control surveyor lists, and support warranty and refit troubleshooting. Analyze workflow streams to optimize construction processes and address recurring issues.
