Job Summary
Lead the delivery of infrastructure and capital works across Venues NSW’s venue portfolio, overseeing a team of Project Managers and external resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, contract management (GC21 and MW21), risk management, financial reporting, and coordination of construction activities with venue operations and event schedules. Requires demonstrated experience managing capital works or infrastructure projects, strong leadership of project teams and external consultants, and strong contract, commercial, and financial management skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Property, or related discipline are required.
