Job Summary
Capital Systems Planner to develop province-wide plans for capital asset systems serving parks and Crown Lands, including facilities, utilities, roads and parking, staff housing, and other infrastructure; assess and prioritize refurbishment or replacement; prepare project charters and scopes of work (RFPs); manage professional services contracts; review consultant reports and cost estimates; collaborate with operations, planners, consultants, and project managers; support capital infrastructure planning alignment and detailed design/construction phases.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical diploma in a related field of engineering or architecture, plus 6 years of progressively responsible related experience in capital planning, infrastructure planning, or asset management within a public- or private-sector environment.
