Capital Sales Manager - Surgical (Southeast)

Job Summary
Achieve sales quotas for assigned channels and product groups by conducting in-services and meetings with physicians, hospital administration, and clinicians. Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned geography while reviewing quarterly key performance metrics to set execution goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to guide commercial pilot programs, develop sales training content, and represent the field during product development. Monitor national sales versus quota to identify areas of opportunity and assist management in planning for trade shows and conference calls. Hold self and others accountable to conduct business in compliance with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree
- 8 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota)
- strong business to business selling experience

- Individual must be self-motivated

Desired Qualifications
- preferably in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry
- Highly preferred strong record in Capital sales
- A proven track record of success as a Senior Territory Manager and Territory Manager or equivalent
- Ideal Southeast Hubs: Richmond, VA, Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL, and Miami, FL
- Preferred: Spine/Neuro or General Surgery
