Job Summary
Lead department initiatives and strategic projects from planning through implementation, monitoring progress via dashboards and reports. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, streamline workflows, and improve business processes while coordinating meetings, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Create documentation including presentations, one-pagers, process flow diagrams, and status reports to support continuous improvement efforts. Evaluate current workflows to recommend optimizations, develop best practices for execution, and implement change management strategies with department heads. Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, mitigate implementation risks, and collaborate with technology vendors to integrate systems that enhance operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- 5+ years' work experience in Consulting or Project Management related to IT, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or similar roles
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
