Capital Projects Manager

Capital Projects Manager role overseeing ~CapEx initiatives across a multi-site portfolio in the pet industry. Responsibilities include leading rebrand projects, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and contracts from kickoff to completion; overseeing rebranding for newly acquired and existing locations; tracking spend with Excel-based tools and dashboards; partnering with Operations and Marketing; building scalable facilities and project management processes; and operating autonomously with stakeholders. Requires strong project management, multi-site coordination, Excel proficiency, contract negotiation, and the ability to work with minimal structure. Bachelor’s degree required; pet industry experience is a plus but not required. Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration and Friday remote.
