Job Summary
Initiate capital projects by developing and communicating the project management plan while ensuring clear role assignment across teams and external partners. Manage project risk proactively, govern the approved budget and spending plan, and own the project change register to ensure all scope modifications are assessed and authorized. Maintain robust reporting and decision-making processes to keep the schedule aligned with case timelines, then execute the plan-do-review cycle through H2 signoff. Lead supplier teams, facilitate collaboration, and manage the handover process to ensure successful operational performance and lessons learned are documented.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7+ years of experience
- Direct project experience in managing/leading capital investments
- High levels of drive, energy and resilience with ability to take the initiative
- Ability to work well in diverse teams and proven aptitude to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
- Demonstrated work with engineering and/or project experience
- Proven supervisory and technical skills
- Demonstrated capability to manage projects in excess of $250M
- Experience applying modular design and construction techniques
- Experience working in a Global company with team members and partners around the world
- A project management qualification
- Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration
