Job Summary
Drive projects to completion through a hands-on approach by reacting quickly to issues, managing internal and external interfaces, and developing strategies to mitigate risks. Identify and resolve resource issues while liaising with the Site Manager to secure additional personnel needed to push the project forward. Account for scope management, cost, and schedule for the assigned area of focus, ensuring alignment with overall site strategy. Deliver value-driven solutions beyond the assigned area of focus. Requires a BS in engineering and 10+ years of experience in petro-chemical or manufacturing, including 5+ years as a project manager or engineer. Reports functionally to the Site Manager on a 9/80 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Petro-chemical, refining or manufacturing
- 5+ years of direct experience as a project engineer and/or project manager
- Experience with project management of small/mid-sized projects with a record of accomplishment in successful execution
Desired Qualifications
- BS Degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
