Job Summary
Analyze and lead capital investment scenarios, summarizing financial impacts for tactical and strategic fab expansion decisions. Validate and submit capital assumptions and budget justifications throughout planning cycles while influencing executive decisions on semiconductor manufacturing capacity. Lead site capital planning processes, including monthly reviews, transfer requests, and savings initiatives, reporting financial risks and project updates to multi-functional teams. Utilize SAP, Excel, VBA, Python, and PowerBI for scenario modeling and recommendations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business with over two years of experience in production scheduling or capacity management. Located in Boise, Idaho, or Clay, New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or similar
- More than 2 years of experience in production scheduling, capacity management, finance, or a similar role related to capital
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics, budgeting processes, and capital planning methodologies
- Proven track record analyzing complex data, developing recommendations, and communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences
- Validated capability to operate autonomously and work well with diverse functional groups
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with planning and supply chain concepts
- Experience solving complex, ambiguous business problems through structured analytical approaches in a highly matrixed, multi-functional environments
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows to improve business processes and decision making
