Job Summary
Develop and maintain a structured oversight framework for service providers supporting Capital Partners and Credit Partners. Monitor vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs, conduct due diligence and risk assessments, and coordinate periodic reviews with stakeholders. Lead exception management, track open issues, and develop quarterly KPI reports to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements. Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders while maintaining audit-ready documentation. Work between 9:00 and 18:00 in a Krakow hybrid model (3 days in office).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in vendor management, risk management, or operational oversight
- Proficient in advance Excel and data visualization tools
- Ability to analyze SLA/KPI performance trends
- Strong capability to define and track SLAs
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Understanding of operational risk
- Ability to identify trends and emerging risks
