Job Summary
As a Capital Markets, Prospectus Center of Excellence Manager at PwC, you will oversee prospectus engagements, manage and review prospectus documents, and coordinate with various teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for financing transactions. This role demands strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly. You will develop an understanding of Canadian and US securities regulations, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvements within the Prospectus Centre of Excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing teams within financial accounting and reporting, capital markets, transactions or public company audit environments
- Qualified Members of International Federation of Accountants member bodies (IFAC)
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE
- The ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
- A proactive, solutions‐oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong technical expertise with leadership capability and a collaborative mindset
