As a Capital Markets, Prospectus Center of Excellence Manager, you'll oversee prospectus engagements and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Experience managing teams within financial accounting and reporting, capital markets, transactions or public company audit environments
- Qualified Members of International Federation of Accountants member bodies (IFAC)
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
- A proactive, solutions‐oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
