Job Summary
Capital Markets Middle Office Associate performing trade validation, daily P&L reporting, and risk oversight across derivatives and fixed income, contributing to process improvements. Collaborates with trading, sales, technology, compliance, risk, operations, legal, and audit to support primary products including swaps, futures, options, structured products, and fixed income securities. Role involves researching and resolving trade breaks, analyzing complex derivative product challenges, providing information to management, and developing procedures with opportunity to improve infrastructure and controls in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work schedule with on-site requirement at 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC; emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, and risk management as part of Wells Fargo’s risk framework. FINRA background check required; this position is not listed as visa-sponsored. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to derive actionable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Capital Markets industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
